good hotel. Modern, clean venue, with many services including rooftop pool. It also has a gym and sauna. All new. We traveled to many other parts of Oman and with hotels of the same prices and this was the one we liked the most. Friendly staff.
I liked everything. To move around, it is almost essential to go by car but it is a recurrent problem in the country and not in the hotel.

The spacious room and modern pool and sauna facilities
The modern facilities but the TV did not work with the functions described, the refrigerator either, .. The staff was totally inefficient and did not know how to make a bill .. very little trained

Quite new and bed very comfortable.
I booked a room with some features and when I checked in they gave me another one because they said they were full, no price reduction or anything since they had given me a room that did not correspond to the one booked. The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired.

The rooms were nicely furnished and tidy here with the internet, a balcony, coffee. The location was particularly good, very close to the shopping malls, and Grand Mosque/Airport, in a new area.

The hotel was quiet and stunningly beautiful with polite personnel at reception desk Mss Iman and Cbaima. The location was great and awesome as for me, near other shopping areas, shopping malls and a beautiful mosque and good food. I found there a lot of restaurants to eat, like Savannah Bbq that is only 25 minutes' walk away.

jacuzzi and swimming pool are open until 21. 00
You have to turn on the haman and sauna yourself and they take time to reach their temperature. TV looked and sounded bad. You tie the whole thing up, you can't see it like that.
